Does the pre-flight block sending?+
By default it advises and you decide. Team and Business plans can enforce a gate: no envelope leaves with an unresolved critical flag. Your call, your policy.
Do recipients need an account?+
No. Recipients sign from a secure link on any device: type or draw a signature, consent, done. Identity is captured through email attribution, the adopted signature and the evidence trail.
