By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. JULY Sign is a subscription service billed monthly in Canadian dollars; paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or jeopardize other tenants. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the documents you send and for having authority to request signatures from your recipients.

AI pre-flight outputs are assistance, not legal advice. Flags and suggestions support your review; responsibility for the instrument you send and execute remains with you. The service is provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
